We had such a great experience engaging with Cetak from beginning to the end. Nurul was a star and such a great customer service from her from quotation right down to delivery.
they (Nurul) were very quick and reactive to any enquiries, they updated us periodically without prompting, they were very honest with everything and is upfront with any possible hold up due to the many holidays and celebrations.
Nurul was just Super helpful and what great service all in all.
We engaged for a designer to help with our packaging design and Hisham was so patient and QUICK with his work. Very flexible and accommodating to our needs and views.
Cetak, you have a great team there and what a treasure you have discovered with great hire for the company. I have recommended a few other friends to you guys all because of our experience.

My first time dealing with them just via whatsapp, the person in charge was so frenly & polite. I sent my design & payment for car sticker without any tele-conversation or hesitation. They done according to the design, bit changes of color but they notified me earlier. In the end of the day, i got what i needed. Surprisingly the price is cheap. Thank you CETAK.COM.MY.
