• To respond to all inquiries, particularly via WhatsApp, in both written and verbal communication.
• To calculate size requirements and generate quotations based on customer specifications for size and shape.
• To issue job orders upon customer approval of quotations.
• To coordinate with internal staff regarding customer appointments, convey customer requests, follow up on work progress, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• To collect payments from customers and manage the print production process.
• To communicate any job-related issues to customers and provide updates on production progress to ensure deadlines are met.
• To perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.
• To manage data by inputting information into the database and updating it on the cloud server.
• To follow up with various personnel to resolve data discrepancies promptly.
• To prepare and post content on social media platforms.
• To record information on mockup samples.
• To take photographs of box samples.
• Strong written communication skills with clarity and accuracy, because most tasks involve customization.
• Strong proficiency in mathematics and logical thinking.
• Required Skills: Communication, writing, mathematical calculations, task management, and time management.
• Preferred Skills: Negotiation.
• Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English.
• Optional Languages: Mandarin, Tamil, Arabic, Cantonese.
• Internship positions are available for a minimum duration of 4 months!
• Basic internship wages of RM1000 monthly, with an additional RM200 for perfect attendance, plus job-based commissions, totaling RM1200 - RM1500++.
• A letter of recommendation will be provided based on satisfactory performance.
• The office is located near LRT Melati / LRT Gombak, within a 15 - 20 minute walking distance. Own transportation is not required; taxis cost around RM4 to RM5. Interns are encouraged to rent rooms nearby, such as in PV2, PV3, PV5, or PV6 condominiums, which are a 3 - 5 minute walk from the office.
• Working hours are 5.5 days per week: Monday to Friday, 10 am to 7 pm; Saturday, 10 am to 2 pm. Sunday and public holidays are off.

• To develop all forms of writing contents in a way that is easier for customers to understand
• Contents such as tutorial guidance on anything related to printing packaging, introduction of new shape size and functionality, introduction on various materials finishings and how to choose the right one, guidance on artwork design preparation, guidance on how to fold boxes with variety shape and anything related etc.
• The articles to be published into company web and social media served as a knowledge base or help documents to promote customer self learning.
• To translate contents from english or other languages into Bahasa Malaysia or vice versa
• To work closely with management teams to brainstorm content direction and developing messaging
• Prefer candidates in Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing, English, Journalism or equivalent.
• Fluent writing in Bahasa Malaysia & English
• Able to suggest, to see different point of view
• Excellent writing and editing skills in English
• Ability to work independently and in team

• To assist maintain company full set accounts.
• To maintain accounts payable and perform closing.
• To maintain accounts receivable and perform closing.
• To perform monthly bank reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
• To maintain all payables documents through digital app.
• To maintain asset and stock inventory accounts.
• To queue payable outstanding for transaction.
• To assist QC work and maintain packing info data.
• Tp perform payroll journal, submit EPF, Socso, EIS and PCB.
• To finalized and generated monthly accounting report, financial statement.
• To assist preparation of management accounts for audit purpose (Month 2 to month 5).
• To assist in any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior based on intern capability.
• Involved apps such as Zoho Books, Zoho Expense, Zoho Inventory, Trello, Google Drive Desktop, Google Spreadsheet (Excel), Gmail, Google Calendar, WhatsApp Business, Bulk Rename Utility, Adobe Acrobat DC & etc.
• Accounts, finance, business administration, business management students are most welcome to apply.
• Basic ethics: 1) responsibility; 2) punctuality; 3) integrity.
• Details oriented, commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
• Require fast keyboard typer.
• Basic computer skills such google suite, excel, words.
• Compulsory languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia.
• Preferably languages: Mandarin.
• Experience in bookkeeping (accounting) software will be an additional advantage.
• Wage breakdown: monthly basic internship wage RM700 + full attendance without late RM200 + rental allowance for room rent nearby RM200 + commission by entries = RM1100 to RM1300++
• Performance reward: accounts payable finalization RM100-200++ month (by entries)
• Rent allowance: for outstation intern can opt to stay nearby apartment's room with allowance given +RM200
