ProcessOur customised box printing process flow.
Pre-work involve frequent communication between customer (you) side and CETAK (we).
If customer take longer time to approve mockup or prepare design, the longer time taken of pre-work.
Standard take 5 working days to 2 working days for the pre-work process, subjected to the approval of flow number (3), (4) and (5).
1) PRICE QUOTE:
Price quoted base on customer open size
2) SALES ORDER:
Sales order (Performa Invoice) to be issued once a customer confirmed the price quote.
3) DEPOSIT + BOX MOCKUP:
We will collect a non-refundable deposit RM350 per size to prepare a box mockup (box sample without printing). Time spent 2-3 working days.
We will WhatsApp inform you once the mockup is ready. We suggest scheduling a face to face appointment to check the mockup sample.
Please bring along your full set products and fit into the box mockup to check the size and shape.
If you find an unfit box mockup, you can request a mockup amendment. Maximum 1time amendment for FREE. The following amendment will be charged +RM80 each amends.
Please take note that the deposit will be deducted from the total amount when you make balance payment (step 5). The deposit is non refundable if cancel order then, or hold the job for more than 90days.
4) GRAPHIC DESIGN:
(4a) Prepare your own design:
We will provide you the dieline mockup softcopy (.ai format), you will insert your artwork into it. We will preview (screenshot) the artwork through whatsapp for your approval.
(4b) Request us to design:
Package Jpg with RM2 per minute: One Layered Jpg file(s) will be provided for website / facebook display purposes.
Package Jpg with RM3 per minute: Original Source Files Adobe Ai / Psd will be provided. Customers can maintain the files own selves or pass to other designers to continue work.
We will preview (screenshot) the artwork through whatsapp for your approval.
5) BALANCE PAYMENT:
Our company practices full payment before printing. In such, we will collect balance payment after deducting your mockup deposit as per step (3).
// GO TO STAGE (B) ACTUAL PRINTING:
No amendment artwork or amendment mockup are allowed due to we have finalised your artwork into print format.
Please refer to session "(B) Actual Printing" below for further flow.
6-7 working days:
art card, boxboard, kraft card, white coated kraft + protective finishing.
8-10 working days:
art card, boxboard, kraft card, white coated kraft + protective finishing + beautifying finishing
13-14 working days:
carton box + protective finishing + carton finishing
15-16 working days:
carton box + protective finishing + baeutifying finishing + carton finishing
1) PAPER: *
Paper lie flattening, paper cutting followed designated size.
2) COMPUTER TO PLATE (CTP): *
For litho offset machine only
For digital Offset skip this step
3) PRINTING: *
2 options: litho offset / digital offset
4) PROTECTIVE FINISHING: *
Add on coating or plastic layer onto paper surface in order to protect paper from cracks and scratchs.
Option such as water base, uv varnish, matt lam, gloss lam & etc.
5) BEAUTIFYING FINISHING:
hot Stamping, emboss, texture emboss & etc
6) CARTON FINISHING:
carton lamination process to glue up the printed card (refer step 3) onto flute carton layers.
7) DIE MOULD:
2 options: do new die mould / reuse previous die mould
8) DIE CUTTING: *
2 options: manual die cutting machine / auto die cutting machine
if the size, shape and conditions not fittable to be auto die cut, we will use manual die cut machine.
2 options : handwork glue / machine glue.
if the size, shape and other conditions not fittable into auto machine, we will use handwork.
10) PACKING: *
Packaging quantity bundled usually range from 250pcs / 300pcs / 500pcs / 1000pcs depends on weight conditions. It will subject to our technician judgement.

1) SELF PICKUP:
Setapak : This is the default pickup method.
Serdang : You must notify us if you want to pickup at Serdang. Otherwise, your default pickup location will be the default location that is Setapak branch. Late or no inform will not be entertained due to the goods usually are quite heavy and consume energy to move in and out.
2) SHIP TO CUSTOMER:
J&T Courier : Our default courier company. We will weigh the goods and update courier prices to you. The courier time spent is subject to the J&T schedule, hence we will not TAKE RESPONSIBLE for courier delays. Courier fee is borne by the customer.
Lorry : Only for large quantity or large size jobs that used up 3 pallets and above. Lorry fee is borne by the customer.
